Policy
* Guests are asked to communicate their approximate arrival time at least 2 days prior to their arrival.
* Guests are asked to respect the property, its furnishings and equipment, as well as the nearby neighbors.
* No additional guests are allowed besides those stipulated in the reservation contract.Â
* Reducing the number of nights will not affect the total price.
* Reducing the number of people will not affect the total price.
* Guests must refrain from carrying out any activity within the property that goes against the laws of the local and National Government.Â
* Parties are not allowed.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
