Accommodation Prices
There is a 5 minimum night stay period.
The base price for this Home is 210 Euros per night for 4 people.
During the peak season of May, June, July, August, September, and October, the base price is 225 Euros per night for 4 people.
There is an extra cost of 20 euros per night for each guest after the 4th guest.
The max amount of guests can not exceed 10.
The cleaning Fee is 79 Euros.
TAXES
From January 1, 2025, the Greek state imposed the following taxation for short-term rental accommodations like this
accommodation.
15 euros per night as climate change tax for high season (April to October).
4 euros per night as climate change tax for low season (November to March).
For the climate change tax, the host must provide a handwritten receipt of receipt of this tax on the day of departure.
DISCOUNT
If guests book for 7 days or more ( Up to 13 days ) there is a discount of 15% on the base price.
If guests book for 14 days or more ( Up to 20 days ) there is a discount of 20% on the base price.
If guests book for 21 days or more ( Up to 27 days ) there is a discount of 25% on the base price.
For 28 days or more there is a discount of 30% on the base price.
